The Sales Intern- Reporting to a seasoned Sales Manager, this is a hands-on opportunity for a student passionate about business, marketing, and relationship-building to explore the world of CPG (consumer packaged goods) and ingredient sales. You’ll gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, learn how our products go to market, and support business growth through customer engagement and strategic projects. You will also have the chance to work closely with other team members to learn and grow in a supportive, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with CRM (consumer relationship management), contact tracking, and customer data organization
  • Assist in creating sales presentations for new and existing customers
  • Conduct market and customer research to support business growth
  • Analyze sales volume and margin data for key accounts
  • Attend internal team meetings and shadow customer calls as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership for a well-rounded experience

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Rising Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Communications
  • Outgoing, proactive, and eager to contribute, high energy, and willingness to engage directly with customers
  • Creative thinkers who enjoy building relationships and finding opportunities + analytical mindset
  • Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools, Media and communication platforms
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and make calls
  • Basic understanding of business with a strong desire to learn
