About the Internship
The Information Systems & Technology Intern will work at the intersection of technology and operations to drive efficiency and insight within the supply chain team. From building data dashboards to automating reporting processes, this is a hands-on opportunity to solve real problems with tools that make a difference. The intern will collaborate with the broader supply chain team on impactful initiatives that enhance visibility and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve dashboards using Power BI and NetSuite
• Automate key business reporting processes
• Assist with data integration, documentation, and process mapping
• Contribute to system enhancements and support ad-hoc tech-related tasks
• Generate and report on analysis to assist in business decisions

What You’ll Learn

• Real-world application of data visualization and automation in a supply chain environment
• Technical skill development in Power BI, Excel, and possibly hardware or custom tools
• How systems and data shape decision-making and operational performance

Work-Based Project

You will lead a systems-driven project such as:

• Creating an automated reporting dashboard
• Improving an existing data integration process
• Developing a custom tool to enhance supply chain operations
  

The internship will conclude with a presentation of your project to the supply chain and systems leadership team.

Ideal Candidate

• Junior, Senior, or recent graduate (within 1 year) in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Analytics
• Passionate about both operations and technology
• High proficiency in Excel and eager to deepen skills in Power BI and automation
