Titans TRAINING - Titans Construction Training Camp (TC2)

Workforce Development Objective:

The six-week intensive workforce development program is designed to introduce participants to a broad range of occupations within the construction industry. The program will focus on the NCCER Craft Labor curriculum in alignment with upcoming trades. Each selected to provide a foundational understanding of essential skills and career pathways in construction.

The trades included in the program are:

• Mechanical
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Fire Protection
• Drywall
• Painting

Program Criteria:

Must live in Northern Middle Tennessee
Must be a U.S. Citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S.
Must be 18 years of age
Must have a High School Diploma or High School equivalency
Must pass a drug test
Must pass a Basic Assessment Skill exam
Must attend ALL classroom training
Must be able to read, hear, and understand instructions in English
