We are currently looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our team.  The position will be located in Franklin, TN and will be a full-time role for the Summer of 2024.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in studying and optimizing customer surveys, analyzing external customer feedback, and supporting organizational team building planning. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in data analytics, project management, and visual result presentation.

During the course of your internship, you will have the chance to:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and design surveys that effectively capture relevant customer insights.Study existing customer surveys, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimization strategies to enhance data quality and relevance.Analyze internal and external customer surveys to extract meaningful insights and trends.Utilize statistical techniques to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in survey data.Work closely with stakeholders to interpret findings and provide actionable recommendations.Develop visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate data-driven insights effectively.Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Collaborate with the team to create user-friendly visualizations that aid decision-making.Independently manage projects related to survey optimization and data analysis.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and proactively communicate progress and challenges.Collaborate with team members to integrate findings into broader organizational initiatives.Assist in planning and organizing team-building initiatives based on data-driven insights.Collaborate with HR and other departments to implement strategies that enhance team cohesion and productivity.Assist with other various tasks as neededIn order to qualify for this role, you must:

Currently be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related fieldGPA of 3.0 or aboveStrong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Self-starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently.Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.Strong communication skills both written and oralWe know you have the capability to change the world, and we want you to help us change the future of automotive.Welcome to an open lane of possibility.
