Caterpillar Financial’s Annual Case Competition

CAT's goal is to identify top-performing students who can work collaboratively with managers and young professionals at Cat Financial to develop a strategy that meets the case goals and objectives. The preference of the team would be students majoring in either Finance or Economics, but exceptional students in other business-oriented programs will be considered.

Our team is looking to select from a pool of students who possess the following characteristics:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation
• Relevant academic background or experience in the field of business
