Required
· Bachelor’s degree
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Willingness to work in a high-volume sales environment
· Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
Preferred
· Bilingual (English-Spanish)
· Experience using Salesforce
· Prior experience in the insurance industry
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
· Must be able to travel, including overnight, as needed.
