FUTURO Career Pathways is helping to close the career-readiness gap with a free, virtual career-readiness program designed for first-generation and underserved students.The program is open to students and young adults ages 17 and older, including high school seniors, college and technical school students, recent graduates, and those preparing for a career change. Because the training is online and self-paced, participants can complete it around school, work, and family responsibilities. FUTURO Career Pathways prepares students for college-to-career success with a clear, virtual, guided pathway using engaging videos, valuable resources, and personalized to fit an array of career paths. The all-inclusive program provides pathways to learn from helping students discover who they are and exploring their interests, guiding them to a job or career of their dreams.
