FUTURO's Fast Track is "Exactly What I Needed Before Graduating"

I'm grateful for the program that created a sense of community among us as students who are going through similar challenges and situations.

I enjoyed the variety of guest speakers from different walks of life, ethnic backgrounds, and careers. It was encouraging to see so many successful Latino professionals in Nashville. This program provided me with a lot of networking opportunities that will help me succeed.

FUTURO truly equipped me with the resources to successfully enter the workforce, including all the practical steps I need to take.

Even as a senior, this program taught me many things I hadn't learned during my years in college. I felt supported and cared for.

One of the exercises I enjoyed the most was establishing our SMART goals, which made me stop and reflect on what I really want to do with my life in the future.

As a first-generation college student, this program is exactly what I needed before graduating. At the beginning of the semester, I had so many questions about how I would approach life after college and beyond, but I can say today that I'm more confident in my skills and knowledge because of FUTURO.

I'm excited to encourage others to be part of the program, and I'm looking forward to staying involved with FUTURO as an alum.
